The founder
Sherry Hakimnejad is the founder of Div-Collective. As a Norwegian-Iranian, Sherry has experienced the difficulties of coming from two cultures, she has made this her superpower.
Div-Collective is where she has gathered her network, commitment, insight and knowledge. And she looks forward to sharing them with you and your company.
Facts:

Has two bachelor's degrees in addition to having been in the navy.

Has over 20 years' experience with diversity work, entrepreneurship, innovation and business development in the public, private and non-profit sector.

Has several years of experience in starting and running various companies, including Kompass & Co and KompassMat.

Abroad, Sherry is often called the Norwegian mountain goat.

Her favorite drink is milk.

In Iran, she is called organic by her aunts because she neither likes nor knows how to wear make-up.
